Executive Assistant
We’re looking for an executive assistant to come on for an introductory part-time contract agreement and if it’s an ideal fit for all parties, you’ll become a full-time LiteCells team member!
Do you have…
- Minimum 3 years experience as an administrative assistant or other support roles
- Exceptional communication skills in English – the ability to work with multiple partners remotely and communicate effectively across multiple platforms
- Experience managing budgeting and expenses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM and LinkedIn
- Strong common sense and judgment
- Experience in our line of business – software technology – is a plus

Your Day to Day:
Serving as administrative support to the senior management
- Managing and paying invoices and contractors
- Customer service support and online order fulfillment when necessary
- Liaise with accounting
- Calendar, Scheduling, and, Email organization
- Meeting preparation and recaps
- File and email organization/Database building
- Legal/HR paperwork, Hiring support
- Expense reporting

Customer Solution Specialist
You’ll be the go-to teammate for technological solutions and issues that cannot be resolved with basic troubleshooting steps, working with key customers and the LiteCells team to keep systems working at full capacity.
As a Customer Solution Specialist you will be helping customers with inquiries regarding the LiteCells set up and capabilities. We are looking for a full time Remote Customer Support Specialist who doesn’t require a script to help our customers. Someone who can delight with promptness, thoroughness, accuracy and maybe an occasional pun or two. We want our customers to rave about their customer service experience like they already rave about our system.
As a Teammate you will:
- Provide world class customer service
- Field inbound support calls, live chats, and emails from users about our product offerings
- Try all avenues to solve a customer’s issue, but if you can’t, explain the why with an empathetic ear
- Educate our customers on how to use LiteCells
- Use tracking software to manage work in an orderly manner
- Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
- Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology
- Use problem solving, analytics, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal or commercial experience with activities that puts you in direct contact with consumers via telephone, email, chat and/or face-to-face. Big data platforms like Salesforce, ERPs, JIRA, is a big plus.
- Some experience working remotely would be advantageous
- Team player – we win as a team
- Enjoys being in the digital world interacting with customers
- Someone who enjoys a fast paced yet fun working environment
- Must be a self-starter and self-learner
- An excellent communicator
- Willingness to work hard and have fun doing it!
